TUNA PASTA
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
2x 185g cans tuna, flaked
250g pot sour cream
1 red capsicum, diced
salt & pepper
500g cooked pasta e.g. shells
METHOD
- Cook pasta according to directions on packet.
- Heat butter in a saucepan and add onion. Cook until clear.
- Add tuna and sour cream. Heat gently and do not boil.
- Stir in red capsicum.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir into cooked pasta.
